We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within two working days of its receipt. Within 20 working days we will aim to investigate your complaint and provide you with a response.  Where this is not possible, we will contact you to provide an explanation.  As part of any investigation we undertake you may be required to attend a consultation with a member of the ERA Aesthetics and Wellness clinical team. All complaints are documented, to include any investigations undertaken, any resultant actions undertaken and any wider learning put in place within ERA Aesthetics and Wellness. Overall responsibility for complaints handling within ERA Aesthetics and Wellness is retained by Emma Ross, Clinic Director. Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority

The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is the independent health and social care regulator in Northern Ireland. While RQIA does not have legal powers to investigate complaints about health and social care services, they will use information to inform their inspection or review work in relation to the provision of a given service.
