If you're looking to refresh your skills, build confidence, or gain more hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments, The ERA Method: 1:1 Training offers bespoke mentorship with advanced injector and educator, Nurse Emma Ross.

This is bespoke, supportive training designed around you , your pace, your needs, your clinical growth.

How it Works:

Choose your focus: You choose the treatments you’d like more guidance on

Tailored plan: We’ll create a training session built entirely around your learning goals

Flexible format: Attend your 1:1 session in our calming Belfast clinic at a time that suits you

What’s Included:

  • Hands-on support from Nurse Emma throughout your session

  • Live injecting practice on your own model (under supervision)

  • Review of key clinical elements: dosages, depth, technique, and anatomy

  • Practical advice on complication prevention and patient safety

  • Confidence coaching grounded in ERA’s whole-person approach

Models:

We kindly ask delegates to bring their own suitable model(s) for the session. If you’re unsure about appropriate candidates, please contact us, we’re happy to advise. In some cases, we may be able to assist with model sourcing if needed.

(Delegates are welcome to bring their own product. Alternatively, product can be provided by ERA, with treatment costs paid directly by the model £130.)

Who is this training suitable for?

This bespoke 1:1 training is designed for medical professionals (nurses, doctors, dentists) who are qualified in aesthetics and looking to refresh their skills, build confidence, or receive tailored guidance in specific treatment areas.

Can I choose what treatments I want to focus on?

Absolutely! You’ll tell us what you’d like to cover — whether it’s Botox, dermal filler, skin boosters, or more advanced techniques — and we’ll tailor the session to your goals and experience level.

How much does it cost?

1:1 Training is priced at £350 per hour. You can book one hour or multiple, depending on how in-depth you'd like your session to be.

Where does the training take place?

All 1:1 training is held at ERA Aesthetics & Wellness, based in Belfast. You’ll have private access to the clinic for the duration of your session.

Do I need to bring a model?

Yes, we ask that delegates bring a suitable model(s) for the treatment(s) they’ll be focusing on. If you're unsure whether your model is appropriate, we’re happy to advise. In some cases, we may be able to help source a model for you.

Can I bring my own products?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own products. If you'd prefer to use products provided by ERA, treatment costs will be covered by the model.
